Custom Design Deposit

Custom Order Deposit Information

Please only use this payment if you have already been in contact with our designer, Nola, and your project has been approved. Once your deposit is received you will hear from us within 24 hours, either with questions about your design or a link where you can approve your product design and purchase it. 

Along with your link to your design you will receive a $20 discount code to reimburse the deposit.

It you do not make a purchase the deposit is not refundable. However, if you need to request an adjustment to your custom design before buying please contact Nola at: helpme@bandanablankets.com.

Please note: Custom projects are still subject to our 2-4 week shipping times (longer for off the beaten path international destinations) after completed, depending on product type. 

If you have questions about sizing, shipping times, our Shop with Care policy, etc please refer to a product page that sells the same type of item you are having customized.
