Shipping policy

As noted in our product descriptions please allow up to 25 days to receive orders in the USA. 30-45 days for other destinations.

However, if you have not automatically received a tracking number within 12 days (our custom manufacturing takes 6-10 days) of your order let us know and we will get the tracking number to you plus check on your oder to make sure all is well.

My order is late, now what?

We want you to love us, but sometime items get held up in customs, slowed by weather or other delays occur. At BBCo we greatly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right.

If an order is:
up to 1 week late you will relieve a 25% refund
1-2 weeks late you will receive a 50% refund
2+ weeks late you will receive a 100% refund (you keep your blanket(s))
