If you signed up for tracking alerts at checkout time you should receive your tracking information within a few days of your order completing production (7-10 days).

Typically it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Please remember all BBCo merch is created just for you after ordering. Production takes 7-10 days.

We’re doing our best to deliver orders promptly but cannot control Customs clearance times for individual countries which, like shipping, can fluctuate more during regional covid outbreaks. As a result delivery times are not guaranteed at the moment.
