As a result, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for esthetic (color changes, decor mismatches, fabric changes), size issues, etc. Please measure carefully, read all fabric details/product information and be sure you are ordering the color(s) and quantities that will work best for you. Also, review shipping/delivery times above, plus double check your shipping address.
We truly want you to be gloriously happy with your BBCo purchase! For our part we do our best to describe products with great accuracy and will do whatever we can to make it right if your purchase is defective. However, as a small business refunds due to people’s mistakes or lack of care in ordering are very difficult for us to absorb.
