Your bandana phone wallet is custom made for you after ordering. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, up to 45 days to some of the more off the beaten path international destinations. There is no additional charge for worldwide shipping.

We are a very small business. BBCo products are custom made just for you when ordered. As a result, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for esthetic (color changes, decor mismatches, fabric changes), size issues, etc. Please measure carefully, read all product information and be sure you are ordering the color(s) and quantities that will work best for you. Also, review shipping/delivery times above, plus double check your shipping address.
We truly want you to be gloriously happy with your BBCo purchase! For our part, we do our best to describe products with great accuracy and will do whatever we can to make it right if your purchase is defective. However, as a small business, refunds due to people’s mistakes or lack of care in ordering, are very difficult for us to absorb.
Please track you items! Refunds are not given for claims of merchandise not received when tracking show delivered. It your area is prone to Porch Pirates (package thieves) we recommend using an alternative delivery address.
