We are a very small business. BBCo products are custom made just for you when ordered. As a result, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for esthetic (color changes, decor mismatches, fabric changes), size issues, etc. Please measure carefully, read all fabric details/product information and be sure you are ordering the color(s) and quantities that will work best for you. Also, review shipping/delivery times above, plus double check your shipping address.
